人生,生命之水在长流,拥有大气的人生才会奔腾不息,理想之舟才能到达彼岸。

志气、骨气、和气、霸气、才气、勇气、义气、豪气、正气。

这九气统称为“大气”。大气似大海,能容百川;大气如高山,巍然屹立;大气如行云,舒展自如;大气似流水,刚柔并济;大气如利剑,所向披靡;大气似长虹,美丽四射;大气如飓风,翻江倒海;大气如暴雨,痛快淋漓;大气如苍穹,任鸟飞翔;大气似大地,容载万物;大气—乃雄浑之气!

人生必须懂得和气,而一味追求和气也会显得有些软弱,该霸气的时候还得霸一霸,就是说你得学会在鸽子身上长个鹰的翅膀,在鹰的身上长个鸽子的翅膀,既会展翅翱翔也会和气友好;但是没有和气只会霸气的人,人们会敬而远之的。一身才气,缺乏勇气是不可以的。有义气,但不能忘了一身正气,正气是做人之本。当然,九气都具备,更趋完美了。

无私,可称大气,点燃自己照亮别人,奉献光热。无畏,可称大气,危难当头不退不缩,英勇刚强。无求,可称大气,富贵荣华过眼云烟,恕不强求。无憾,可称大气,既拿得起就放得下,敢作敢当。

成功时,须大气,才能再接再厉乘胜前进;失败时,须大气,才能重整旗鼓振作图强。拥有时,须大气,才能珍惜现在开创未来;失去时,须大气,才能从容自若无怨无悔。位卑时,须大气,才能捍卫尊严自立自强;位高时,须大气,才能树立威信凝心聚力。男人须大气,才能尽显英雄本色;女人须大气,才能焕发巾帼之美。

“人活一口气”* 指的就是大气。失大气者,会被牛毛琐事羁绊,会被爱恨情仇束缚,会被名利套牢,甚至会四面楚歌深陷旋涡。这样的人生是孤独的,悲哀的,失败的,毫无意义的一生。

靠志气事业有成,靠骨气挺直脊梁;靠和气发达兴旺,靠霸气创造辉煌;靠勇气攀登高峰,靠才气谱写华章;靠正气树立形象,靠义气结交良朋;靠骨气信心倍增,靠豪气豁达开朗。

大气可以“千金散尽还复来”;大气可以“留取丹心照汗青”;这是大气中的经典之作,精髓之光,颠峰之境。拥有了高境界的大气,精神才会有支柱,行动才会有目标,追求才会有信心.

大气: Magnanimity
志气: Ambition
骨气: Strength of Character
勇气: Courage
和气: Gentle
霸气: Domineering
才气: Literary Talent
义气: Personal Loyalty
豪气: Heroic Spirit
正气: Integrity

*–人要想真正地活一口气,正确地选择争气的方向显得格外重要。并且在方向选对了之后,至少还要带上三样东西:决心、恒心和平常心。决心压倒畏惧,恒心制服浮躁,平常心提醒理智。这样,争赢一口气应该是不成问题的了。神佛尚且争香,做人更需争气,只不过要心平气和地去争,要赢能放下,输能担得起。

平常心: Ordinary Mind

The test of a good leader is taking the vision from ME to WE. One of the roles of team leaders is to help the team to succeed. That means finding new opportunities for the team. No matter how long your team has been together or how successful you have been in the past, never let a day go by that you are not looking for ways to help your team keep moving forward.

Customers/clients/consumers today don’t tolerate slipups of any kind- on quality, on availability, on anything. Perfect execution is now the price of entry. They expect more from us- and more from our products/services.

Whether we like it or not, the real growth of our business is a direct result of the quality of the experience customers have with us.  It doesn’t matter if we are in retailing, consumer products/services, business services, high-tech and industrial products.  The quality of the customer’s experience translates directly into our ability to acquire and retain customers as well as improve their profitability over time.

Some companies understand these benefits and are already using the customer experience as a differentiator.  They include many of the well known “customer experience leaders” like Amazon, REI, Disney, Amway, United Airline, IBM and DELL.

Customer Experience delivers long-tail benefit- loyalty:

- Willingness to purchase more products or services
- Likelihood to recommend the company to a friend or colleague
- Reluctance to switch business away from the company
