Change SPAM filter Setting in Email Client

Beside Internet Service Provider (ISP), email client may be using filters to block email and this may be affecting the receipt of email subscription. If you believe this is happening, you can check out the help section related to your email program below to remove the settings that filter or block email, this will ensure that correspondence from email sender will be accepted when message delivered into your mailbox.

Microsoft Office Outlook 2003

If you are using Outlook 2003 to view your e-mails:
1. Open the email message
2. On the toolbar at the top, click on “Actions”, go to “Junk E-mail” and click on “Add Senders to Safe Senders List” or “Add Sender’s Domain (@example.com) to Safe Senders List”.

Microsoft Office Outlook 2007

If you are using Outlook 2007 to view your e-mails:
1. Open the email message.
2. On the toolbar at the top, click on “Actions”, go to “Junk E-mail” and click on “Add Senders to Safe Senders List” or “Add Sender’s Domain (@example.com) to Safe Senders List”.

Hotmail (Windows Live Mail)

If your provider is Hotmail (Windows Live Mail):
1. Open the email message.
2. Click “Save Address(es)” at the top of the message header.

Yahoo! Mail

If your provider is Yahoo! (Yahoo! Mail):
1. Open the email message.
2. Click “Add to Address” icon.
3. The name and email address from email are pre-populated in the Add Contact pop-up. Verify that the information in these fields is correct.
4. Click “Save”.

MSN

If your provider is MSN:
1. Mark the tick-box on the left of the email message.
2. Click on “Mark as safe” at the bottom.

GMail (GoogleMail)

If your provider is GoogleMail (GMail):
1. Click on “Contacts” on the left.
2. Click on the “New Contact” icon on the top left hand corner.
3. Add details.
4. Click on “Save” at the top.

AOL

If your provider is AOL:
1. Open the email message.
2. Click “Add to Address” icon.
3. The name and email address from email are pre-populated in the Add Contact pop-up. Verify that the information in these fields is correct.
4. Click “Save”.
